In a special recipe, the free range rich dark gamey meat is beautifully combined with the strong distinctive flavour of the cracked juniper berry.

Ingredients: venison lean meat, pork back fat (27%), salt, red wine vinegar (sulphites), sucrose, juniper berries, whole black peppercorn, starter culture, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

Allergens in brackets. Please note that we use flavourings and spices packed in factories that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten.

The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.

The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
