The unique earthiness of the dried porcini mushroom infuses the free range pork with its rich yet delicate flavour.

Ingredients: free range pork, salt, red wine vinegar (sulphites), sucrose, dried porcini mushrooms, black pepper, garlic, starter culture, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.

The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
