Nduja is a spicy spreadable salami originating in the south of Italy. It is delicious simply spread on bread or toast or can be added to traditional and modern dishes for a spicy peppery flavour.
This is our own interpretation of this classic salami very spicy and close to the traditional recipe.
Ingredients: free range pork, roasted red peppers (water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), crushed chilli, salt, red wine vinegar (sulphites), sucrose, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, starter cultures.
