This is our award-winning nduja that gained a ‘silver’ in the national British Charcuterie Awards 2018. Nduja is a spicy spreadable salami originating in the south of Italy. It is delicious simply spread on bread or toast or can be added to traditional and modern dishes for a spicy peppery flavour.
