In this Italian classic, the garlic and coarsely ground black pepper are in perfect combination to enhance the flavour of the free range pork meat.

Ingredients: free range pork, salt, white wine vinegar (sulphites), sucrose, black pepper, garlic, mace, starter culture, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.

The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
