The toasted fennel seeds give our delicious free range pork ‘signature’ salami its special aromatic flavour.

Ingredients: free range pork, salt, white wine vinegar (sulphites), sucrose, fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic, starter culture, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

Allergens in brackets. Please note that we use flavourings and spices packed in factories that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten.

The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.

The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
