In a modern twist, this free range salami classically combines pork and apple adding a fizz of dry cider.

Ingredients: free range pork, salt, cider vinegar (sulphites), dried apples (sulphites), sucrose, starter culture, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

Allergens in brackets. Please note that we use flavourings and spices packed in factories that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten.

The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.

The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
