ORDERING DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
Once we receive your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and will aim to despatch your item(s) the following working day. If any information needed to fulfil the order is missing we will contact you. We will do our best to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible. At busier times of the year it may take longer to despatch your order. However you should receive your order between three to five working days of it being sent.
If you experience an unacceptable delay with your order please notify us immediately using our submission form and we will make enquiries to ensure the product is with you as soon as possible. We reserve the right not to send the product until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right not to fulfil an order in any circumstance and will notify you in this case.
We use a courier service and deliver to all UK mainland at a flat price and we offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
We cannot take responsibility for a failure to deliver our product due to an incorrect address being given or events outside of our control such as extreme weather conditions or other problems encountered by the courier company.
You will be charged the price as it is advertised on our website when you place your order. We reserve to right to change our prices but any change in price will be publicised on our website so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
We set our prices based on the approximate weight of the product as advertised on the website. Please be aware that the prices we advertise on our website may vary from those at markets and other retailers.
We will update our website as regularly as possible to state when an item is not in stock. However if an order is placed for an item that is no longer in stock or for any reason is not suitable for sending we will contact you to see if you would like a substitution.
Payment is accepted using all credit cards and debit cards via Paypal. All payment details remain confidential. Once your order has been successfully placed and paid for you should receive an email confirmation from Paypal.
We have the utmost concern for ensuring our product is as good as it is possible to be. If in some cases you are dissatisfied with your product please email us within a reasonable timeframe and as soon as possible but after no more than 14 days using the form submission indicating the batch number and the reason(s) you are not happy with it.
We will assess your reasons for being dissatisfied and may in some cases ask that you return the product for inspection. If we accept your reasons we will replace or refund your product as soon as possible.
If there is any damage to the product incurred during transportation we will also happily replace it for you. However we cannot accept responsibility for the product unless we are told immediately after you have accepted delivery that there is a problem.
We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification a minimum of 24 hours after you place your order. Otherwise, we may have already shipped your order.
We retain your details – name, address, email address – to successfully fulfil your order and do not use these for any other purpose.
